This wine blends the berry and cherry Cabernet Sauvignon notes with the lush concentrated berry with hints of spice on the nose from the Syrah. Stylistically the wine is a wonderful balance of flavors and complex nose, with rich body and finish. Serve at room temperature with grilled lamb or beef, or chicken cacciatore.
