Create Your Rosh Hashanah Meal With the Chefs of Tierra Sur!

Ever dreamed of brainstorming your Rosh Hashanah meal with the chefs of Tierra Sur? This is your chance to make those dreams come true! This is a three hour, hands-on session with the very best in kosher cuisine.

The class will feature a demo of the perfect Red Wine & Honey Braised Brisket, as well as two hands-on sessions; Butternut Squash Ravioli with roasted red pepper sauce and for dessert: Fig & Apple Crostata. On top of that, the class will enjoy the Butternut Squash Ravioli for lunch with our chefs.

Each guest will take home a perfectly cooked 5 pound brisket, their Fig & Apple Crostata dessert, and one-of-a-kind cooking tips from the leading kosher chefs in the country. This amazing experience is open to the first 20 people who make their reservations.
